Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to critically ill and high-acuity patients
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and specialized treatments safely and accurately
  • Operate and monitor critical care equipment including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations and changes in patient condition
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery expectations
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas
