Job description

Title: Contracts Administrator
Location: Alexandria, VA
US Citizenship: Required
Job Details:
  • Assist with the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, and other contractual documents
  • Maintain contract files and ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly organized
  • Track contract deliverables, funding, periods of performance, option years, and key milestones
  • Support contract closeout activities and ensure required documentation is retained
  • Assist in preparing contract modifications, amendments, and administrative change requests
  • Maintain contract information in company systems such as Unanet, SharePoint, and contract management databases
  • Support audits and data requests from internal stakeholders, customers, or regulatory agencies
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with applicable regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific requirements
  • Help identify and escalate contractual issues, risks, or potential compliance concerns to senior contracts personnel

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to the position and 1-3 years of contracts, procurement, legal, or government contracting experience
  • Basic knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting principles preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • US citizenship required
