About the Role

The Senior Strategic Account Manager will serve as the primary commercial and relationship owner for designated nuclear utility accounts. This role is responsible for strategic account leadership, business development, contract support, and maintaining strong client partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting nuclear utility clients, particularly within the Southeastern region, and possess a proven ability to drive growth and client satisfaction.

What will you be doing day to day?
    • Own the overall strategy and growth plan for assigned nuclear utility accounts.
    • Develop and maintain executive-level and program-level client relationships.
    • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
    • Lead account planning activities and maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline.
    • Participate in contract negotiations and provide input regarding commercial terms, delivery models, and risk management strategies.
    • Build strong relationships, and be responsible for managing a healthy P&L with the existing portfolio of accounts within our Direct, SOW & MSP space.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between client leadership and internal delivery teams.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and performance management.
    • Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to align staffing strategies with client needs.
    • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and expansion.
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Your Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in work experience or education.
  • 7+ years of experience in account management, business development, or client relationship management
  • 3-5+ years of xperience supporting nuclear utilities and related energy sector clients.
  • Proven track record of growing strategic accounts and developing long-term client partnerships.
  • Experience participating in commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and account planning initiatives.
  • Open to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Must be Tech Savvy and up-to-date with current technologies and recruitment trend.
  • Degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field is desired

Location
  • Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC highly preferred.

Benefits

The estimated base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. The position is also eligible for quarterly commissions. The salary range provided is an estimate. Actual compensation may vary depending on the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
