Provide regular project updates to design leadership, sales teams, and stakeholders while helping guide project priorities and direction.

Collaborate with account executives, clients, manufacturer representatives, and internal departments to develop project concepts and solve design challenges.

Lead finish selections, product recommendations, value-engineering discussions, and specification decisions for large-scale or high-profile projects.

Maintain project documentation standards and ensure all project decisions, deliverables, and risks are properly documented.

Identify and resolve discrepancies between drawings, specifications, field conditions, and installation requirements while recommending corrective actions.

Stay informed on workplace trends, product innovations, sustainability initiatives, and industry best practices, sharing knowledge across project teams.

Mentor junior designers by providing technical guidance, drawing reviews, product knowledge, and process support.

Contribute to design standards, quality assurance practices, workflow improvements, and cross-functional collaboration efforts.

Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project coordination discussions with professionalism and confidence.

Strong understanding of installation drawings, specification packages, field coordination, and documentation quality control.

Advanced knowledge of systems furniture, ancillary products, finish selections, and manufacturer resources.
