Job Summary

We are excited to bring on a new Full Stack Developer and are looking for someone to help us develop and maintain our internal software!

As a Full Stack Developer at Cyclomedia, you will play a key role in developing cutting-edge solutions for processing and delivering geospatial data to clients. You will work on a range of exciting projects that leverage 3D spatial data, imagery, LiDAR, and GIS technologies. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled developer who is passionate about transforming data into valuable visualizations and data insights and who can contribute to our mission of delivering geospatial value to our clients.

If you are proficient in C# and .NET and have at least 2 years of software development experience, this role is one for you!

Job Duties

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end software solutions for processing imagery, LiDAR, and other geospatial data. Includes:
    1. High performance 2D/3D Rendering.
    2. Low latency data retrieval from cloud storage and databases.
    3. Responsive UX for data interaction.
    4. Automated algorithms for feature extractions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and designs that meet their needs.
  • Work on both the front-end and back-end to ensure seamless and secure integration of data and visualization.
  • Develop web-based and desktop applications for data visualization and analysis.
  • Optimize software performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues to ensure robust and reliable applications.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in software development.
  • Strong server-side development skills with languages like .NET, Python, or Node.js.
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), API development, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Unity3d, 3D spatial data, and/or GIS data is a significant bonus.
  • Experience with Computer Vision and ML techniques is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to work with multiple development teams across multiple geographical regions.
