As a 100% employee-owned firm, your success is our success. We offer professional development, long-term growth opportunities, and the ability to make a visible impact in the communities we serve.
What You'll Gain:
- A meaningful role building software used by municipalities to manage critical infrastructure

- A high-ownership environment where you can shape product direction, improve architecture, and deliver client-focused solutions
Goals & Responsibilities
This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain GIS-driven web applications and workflows for AssetAlly

- Design and implement ArcGIS geoprocessing tools for analysts
- Collaborate across teams for product improvement and client success
- Participate in technical planning, testing, release coordination, and support

Qualifications & Skills
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:

- 3+ years of software development or GIS application experience
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and APIs
- Experience with Esri technologies (ArcGIS Pro, Online, Enterprise, Field Maps, Survey123)
- Familiarity with VertiGIS Studio, AWS, SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and Python scripting preferred
- understanding of GIS data structures, spatial analysis, and municipal infrastructure workflows preferred
