Laborer performs labor tasks, with a focus on supporting skilled craftsmen. Laborer will have some experience in industrial or construction work and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Role and Responsibilities
โ€ข Assist with specialized craft activities, including fabrication, welding, installation, or maintenance of industrial systems under the guidance of skilled craftsmen.
โ€ข Transport and handle materials, tools, and equipment efficiently, ensuring that all necessary resources are readily available for the team.
โ€ข Prepare materials for use by cutting, grinding, or shaping components as directed by supervisors.
โ€ข Assist with the installation and assembly of industrial systems or machinery, such as piping, electrical systems, or equipment.
โ€ข Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and industrial machinery to complete tasks under supervision.
โ€ข Mix, pour, and apply materials like concrete, mortar, or epoxy coatings to surfaces.
โ€ข Assist in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding and other temporary structures needed for specialized work.
โ€ข Ensure that safety protocols and guidelines are adhered to during all tasks, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting any hazards to supervisors.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
