Frontend Engineer (React + JavaScript)
We are looking for experienced Frontend Engineers to help enhance and scale a growing AdTech platform focused on digital advertising capabilities. This role centers on building modern, high-performance web applications using React and JavaScript, delivering exceptional user experiences across advertising, media, and publishing solutions.
You will play a key role in developing user-facing features for advertising platforms, including campaign management, targeting, measurement, reporting, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development Design and build modern, scalable frontend applications using React and JavaScript (TypeScript preferred). Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces for key AdTech capabilities, including: Campaign management dashboards Audience targeting and personalization tools Reporting and analytics applications Create reusable components and maintainable frontend architectures. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and usability. Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, UX/UI Design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality user-facing features. Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and external services. Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and frontend architecture decisions. Contribute to testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of frontend development practices. Support troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization in production environments.
Platform & Engineering Contribution Help scale and enhance an existing AdTech platform from MVP to enterprise-grade solutions. Participate in technical planning, estimation, and Agile delivery processes. Work with cloud-hosted applications and distributed systems from a frontend perspective. Contribute to CI/CD processes, build pipelines, and deployment automation for frontend applications. Support integrations with advertising platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Koddi, and similar ecosystems. Assist in improving platform reliability, monitoring, and user experience.
Strong expertise in: JavaScript (ES6+) React (Hooks, state management, component architecture) HTML5 and CSS3 Experience building complex, data-intensive web applications and dashboards. Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs. Experience with modern frontend tooling and development workflows, such as: Webpack Vite npm/yarn CI/CD pipelines Understanding of frontend performance optimization, debugging, and monitoring techniques. Experience working with cloud-based applications and services. Familiarity with Agile software development environments.
Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required
