Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Louisville, KY

Job Type: Full-time

Shift:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Tuesday, Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. The FNP will serve as a key primary and occupational health service provider, offering patient-centered care, wellness visits, minor injury treatment, and health screenings. This role requires a proactive, compassionate professional committed to enhancing patient well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial patient evaluations, physical exams, and preventive health assessments.
  • Perform phlebotomy, minor procedures, wound care, and screenings.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess health conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR (within 48 hours of visits).
  • Develop and implement health promotion and chronic disease management strategies.
  • Provide workplace assessments and health and safety training.
  • Administer Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals and other required screenings.
  • Participate in flu shot and biometric events.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
  • Current APRN & FNP licensure in Kentucky.
  • DOT Certification (required).
  • At least 1 year of occupational health experience (Preferred)
