Key Responsibilities:


Plan, coordinate, and manage in-home nursing care
Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and supervise care delivery
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure care continuity

Qualifications:

-1 year active or recent experience as a Registered Nurse in Home Health
-Active Registered Nurse license in the State of California.
-Current and valid BLS (CPR) and ACLS certifications
-Negative TB test result and flu shot within the past year
-Up-to-date immunization/vaccination records including COVID-19, Hepatitis B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella
-Valid Drivers License with auto insurance
