Location: Remote (US-Based)

Pay Range: $65 - $95 / hour (Fractional / Contract)

About the Role

Digital Acoustics is seeking a Fractional Technical Account Manager / Technical Product Manager to lead enterprise account delivery and product alignment for qBridge—our enterprise platform connecting modern conversational software with physical Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) drive-thru hardware.

This role balances Enterprise Customer Success (50%) and Technical Product Management (50%). You will serve as the core liaison between national enterprise clients, technology partners, and our internal engineering team.

Engineering Background: Prior experience as a Software Engineer, Hardware Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Applications Engineer.

Technical Leadership: Proven background in a customer-facing technical leadership role (Technical PM, TPM, Technical Account Manager, or Solutions Engineer).

Systems & Protocol Literacy: Comfort discussing hardware/firmware integration, Linux systems, and real-time audio/data protocols (SIP, WebSocket).

Enterprise Communication: Outstanding ability to present technical architecture to enterprise leaders while translating business priorities back to technical teams.
