(WLI) is an expanding, woman-owned small business based in Huntsville, Alabama, providing systems integration, aviation engineering, systems/software engineering, acquisition management, and cybersecurity expertise to the U.S. Army, Air Force, and Navy. WLI currently has a position available for:

Job Description:

Contracts Administrator will oversee the administration, negotiation, and management of contracts in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Administrator will review, management, and track continual contractual obligations to ensure all terms and conditions are met. He or she will note any contract changes and provide guidance to the Program Managers regarding status, compliance, modifications, etc., as well as daily tracking of deliverables, correspondence and documentation. This role supports with compliance of government regulations and fostering relationships with customers.

He or she will be responsible for preparation of Government required documentation and certifications, including Reps & Certs, Small Business Subcontracting Plans and Reports, Cost or Pricing Data, and other required Contract Deliverables (CDRLs). Reviews RFPs and Solicitations and is Primary POC for Government Contracting Officers, Contracting Specialists and Contracting Officers Representatives (CORs).

He or she will process contract awards and modifications. Initiates contract award/modification meeting or Notice of Award (NOA). Administers contract terms, conditions and flow downs. Monitors contract reporting and deliverable requirements. Monitors/coordinates contract funding. Processes all contracts and subcontracts-related agreements, awards and mods from beginning to closeout. Monitors subcontract reporting and deliverable requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Travel administration - authorizations, request, record keeping
  • Expense Report Review - audit expenses to the correct contract, task, and accounts
  • Review Contracts - review, administer, and close all contract awards, mods, and IWAs
  • Maintain Teams - maintain all teaming agreements and required documents
  • Maintain Reports - prepare internal and external reports as needed
  • Other duties as needed

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience or equivalent in contract administration
  • Experience and strong understanding of government contracting regulations (FAR/DFAR), OTAs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Unanet or Deltek experience preferred

Required Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills

Clearance Level: Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one
