Role- Full stack professional with AWS expertise

Location-San Jose, CA / Raleigh, NC- Onsite from Day 1

Duration: 12 Months Contract

  • You have proven experience serving as a software engineer for web application projects, hosted On-Premise and Cloud, supporting a large customer base.
  • You treat performance as a design constraint, not a tuning pass after the fact.
  • You know when to build and when to reach for a managed AWS service you can justify that trade-off based on the problem.
  • You think in systems and evaluate designs critically whether reviewing AI-generated code or your own architecture catching the subtle bug, security gap, or design choice that won't hold up under load or misuse.
  • You use spec-driven development with AI as your default way of engineering software.
  • You pick up new tools and approaches quickly, since the effective way to work with AI changes often, and you'd rather adapt early than fall behind.
  • You are decisive without being divisive you can analytically weigh trade-offs, balance competing priorities, and drive decisions that span organizational boundaries.
  • You have excellent communication and organization skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated fluency in leveraging AI technologies across the entire software development lifecycle, including breaking down user stories into actionable tasks, AI-assisted coding and testing, automated defect resolution, and deployment of fully tested software.
  • Deep, hands-on experience building and deploying production systems on AWS (e.g., EC2,Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, API Gateway), with a track record of real, customer-facing applications running in production.
  • Server-side software development experience with Python, Java, NodeJS, and/or other similar technologies; client-side web application development experience using React, Backbone, native JavaScript, and/or other comparable technologies.

Expertise in building secure, large-scale systems using fault-tolerant technologies (such as Elasticsearch, Cockroach DB, Oracle, MongoDB & Kafka).
