Their role involves planning, coordinating, and managing all phases of EHR deployment, including workflow analysis, staff training, data migration, and system testing. They work closely with stakeholders such as IT teams, clinicians, and vendors to ensure the EHR system meets clinical and regulatory requirements. The contract aspect means they are typically engaged for a specific project duration rather than as a permanent employee.
