Classic Medicab Transportation is looking for an organized, dependable, and quick-thinking Dispatcher to coordinate transportation for Medicaid patients traveling to and from their medical appointments.

No two days are exactly alike.

Schedules change.

Appointments get moved.

Drivers become available.

Patients need assistance.

Your job is to put all the pieces together and keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule and dispatch transportation trips
  • Coordinate daily routes for multiple drivers
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally
  • Communicate with drivers throughout the day
  • Assist patients with scheduling questions
  • Adjust schedules when changes occur
  • Keep accurate dispatch records
  • Help ensure patients arrive safely and on time for their medical appointments
  • Work closely with management and fellow team members
