Your role and responsibilities As a Contract Negotiator: Lead & Cross Brand Deal Support, you will provide end-to-end contracts and negotiation support to drive IBM revenue growth. This client-facing role requires collaboration with Opportunity Owners and deal teams to deliver tailored contractual solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Review and Draft Contracts: Review client redlines, draft changes to non-standard terms and conditions, and assess the risk to business teams on deviations to IBM terms and conditions. • Negotiate Contractual Terms: Negotiate and advise on contractual terms and conditions to support the closing of deals across IBM brands. • Articulate Contracting Strategy: Understand and articulate the IBM contracting strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives. • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Interface with Opportunity Owners and deal teams to ensure seamless contract negotiation and execution. • Assess Business Risk: Assess and articulate the risk to business teams on deviations to IBM terms and conditions, providing guidance on mitigation strategies.
