Job Title: Validation Engineer
Location: North Carolina

Job Summary:
The Validation Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing validation activities for pharmaceutical equipment, systems, and utilities, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and approve validation protocols and reports
  • Validate equipment, utilities, and analytical instruments
  • Perform risk assessments and define validation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on validation activities
  • Support audits, inspections, and validation project timelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
  • 5+ years of validation experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with KNEAT software
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in CSV and SDLC
  • Knowledge of QMS and risk management
  • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma principles
