Andritz / Diamond Power is seeking a Pricing Programs Coordinator within the Diamond Power (DPI) organization, based in Lancaster, Ohio. The Pricing Programs Coordinator reports to the Manager of Aftermarket Parts for Diamond Power.
Within this role, an applicable candidate will be primarily responsible for managing DPI's customer pricing programs. This includes regular development and maintenance of customer price lists based on purchase history and future parts needs. In addition, applicable candidate will assist in internal price list adjustments and maintenance. This role requires a customer service and data analytic focus. Regular analyzing of DPI parts purchasing to help drive additional parts business within the DPI organization. The Pricing Programs Coordinator will work closely with management as well as Customer Relations Manager colleagues to develop improvements to existing price lists and drive added parts growth.
  • Manage existing customer pricing programs (price lists) pulled from Oracle ERP system.
  • Identify and develop new customer pricing programs toward the development of additional aftermarket parts business.
  • Analyze customer spend within Microsoft Excel and PowerBI systems.
  • Analyze DPI equipment install at customer sites via OEM installation drawings pulled from Adept, and Field Service Inspection documents.
  • Regular review of customer spend history to manage the addition & removal of DPI parts from customer price lists.
  • Setting of parts pricing based on current cost and internal pricing guidelines.
  • Work with aftermarket parts CRM colleagues to communicate new price lists and existing price list adjustments to customers.
  • Requires regular correspondence with customer contacts, internal DPI colleagues, and external sales representatives.
  • Ensure all pertinent contract correspondence and documents surrounding price lists are loaded within Oracle ERP system and kept current.
  • Manage activities with other DPI departments in pursuit of quality service to customers. This will include direct involvement with Sales, Sales Reps, Field Service, Customer Relations, Purchasing, Engineering, Legal, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance
  • Responsible for financial commitments related to customer parts orders in support of global parts financial goals.
  • Responsible for financial decisions based on company policies related to returned material, credits, discounts, etc. May involve the Aftermarket Parts Manager depending on the current customer relations or dollar amount.
  • Assist in developing commercial strategies in support of sales, marketing and product development.
  • May visit customers to gather information for pricing or parts proposal development and build customer relations.
  • Provide critical backup assistance for parts quoting and order entry within the DPI Customer Relation
