Job Description:

  • Assess existing systems and recommend improvements to optimize deployment efficiency and reliability
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery and updates
  • Automate provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
  • Containerize applications and orchestrate using Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift
  • Monitor system performance and logs using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog to ensure reliability
  • Provide level 2 technical support, troubleshoot production issues, and execute root cause analysis
  • Develop scripts and tools to optimize developer and operations workflows (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
  • Maintain, secure, and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Collaborate across teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to DevOps/toolchain standards
