HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
TMH Physician Partners is looking for a Payor Enrollment Specialist to join our growing medical group.
Position Summary
Responsible for managing provider and facility enrollment with a strong focus on government payers (Medicare/Medicaid), roster submissions, and accurate tracking and data management to support timely onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
  • Submit and manage facility and provider enrollments with government and commercial payers
  • Complete and maintain payer roster submissions in alignment with contract requirements
  • Track application status, follow up with payers, and ensure timely approvals
  • Maintain accurate provider data across systems and payer portals
  • Support high-volume onboarding through strong organization and follow-through

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
  • Qualifications
    • High School Diploma required
    • Minimum 2 years of payor enrollment or credentialing experience
    • Proven experience with facility enrollments and government payers (Medicare/Medicaid)
    • Strong skills in tracking, reporting, and data management

Required Experience:
  • One (1) year of payer enrollment or provider credentialling experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer skills.
  • Web-based products proficiency.
  • Preferred
    • Knowledge of delegated contracts and commercial payer submission
    • Experience with payer portals and systems
    • Revenue cycle knowledge for recognition of down stream impact

Required Certification/License/Registry:
None
Preferred Certification/License/Registry: Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) or Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) credential(s) from the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS).
