Job description

Responsibilities
  • Build an extensive portfolio of curated activities and attractions in line with the Aman guests' transformational experiences philosophy.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Destination Experiences and cross functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Onboard Operations) to ideate and launch new shoreside offerings, private events, and overland journeys.
  • Infuse each experience with storytelling, meaningful cultural engagement, and Aman's hallmark attention to detail.
  • Liaise with itinerary planners and shipboard teams to integrate shore experiences seamlessly into each voyage schedule.
  • Source and evaluate local partners-DMCs, venues, vendors, tourism authorities-and negotiate contracts to secure best-in-class service and terms.
  • Conduct & collect feedback from regular on-site inspections and vendor performance reviews to ensure safety, quality, and brand alignment to enhance guests' satisfaction and financial performance.
  • Monitor destination trends, competitor offers, and guest preferences to inform product strategy and maintain Aman's leadership in luxury experiences.
  • Promote responsible tourism practices; identify opportunities to support local economies and minimize environmental impact.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3+ years in luxury travel, destination management, or experiential product development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Destination Experiences reservation management systems.
  • Deep understanding of global destination landscapes and cultural protocols.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating and managing high-end shore excursions or land programs.

Skills
  • Exceptional project management skills: able to manage multiple initiatives with competing deadlines.
  • Financial experience, managing budgets, pricing strategies, and cost controls.
