Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Location: Green Tree, Pennsylvania. This is a primarily on-site hybrid opportunity with the flexibility to work remotely one to two days per week after onboarding. Local candidates are strongly preferred.

Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and have at least 2 years of civil litigation experience. Candidates should be comfortable managing cases independently, appearing in court, and working directly with clients.

Job Description

  • Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from intake through resolution.
  • Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation, contract disputes, business torts, real estate litigation, HOA matters, business law, and defamation cases.
  • Advise clients on legal strategy and case developments.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, demand letters, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal arguments.
  • Handle written discovery and take or defend depositions.
  • Appear at hearings, conferences, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials.
  • Manage deadlines and case strategy while maintaining excellent client communication.

Qualifications

  • Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
  • 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Experience handling litigation matters with increasing independence.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Organized with strong case management abilities.
  • JD from an accredited law school.
