  • Expected Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week

Position Overview
A fast-growing plaintiffs-side class action and complex litigation law firm seeks a diligent and detail-oriented Contract Attorney to assist with large-scale electronic document review. The ideal candidate will analyze complex corporate documents, internal communications, and financial records to identify key evidence supporting consumer protection and privacy class actions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct first- and second-level privilege, relevance, and confidentiality reviews of electronic documents.
  • Apply complex issue coding and tagging protocols accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Identify "hot" documents and draft concise summaries for senior litigation associates and partners.
  • Escalate potential privilege issues or critical evidentiary findings immediately.
  • Participate in periodic team meetings regarding review strategies and quality control metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Active JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of document review experience, preferably within civil litigation or plaintiffs-side class actions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with major e-discovery review platforms (e.g., Relativity, Logikcull, Everlaw).
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) and pass a brief conflict check.
