Technical Delivery Lead with 10+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale cloud data platforms, DataOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), real-time and batch data pipelines, incident management, and global operations teams across AWS and Google Cloud environments. Proven track record in driving platform reliability, operational excellence, automation, and business stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global data operations teams and provide 24x7 support coverage.
- Manage production incidents, root-cause analysis, and service restoration.
- Oversee production deployments, release validation, and rollback processes.
- Support real-time and batch data pipelines.

Job Description
Project Managers are responsible for overseeing the project/engagement/contract/activity on a daily basis and are responsible for delivering high-quality results within the identified objectives and constraints, ensuring the effective use of the allocated resources. They are responsible for risk and issue management, project/engagement communication and stakeholder management. Project managers perform the activities of planning, organising, securing, monitoring and managing the resources and work necessary to deliver specific project goals and objectives in an effective and efficient way.
Job Description - Grade Specific
Responsible for leading either a large contractorengagement or a definable segment of a very large and complex contractorengagement. Clients may be external or internal. PM are responsible for the translation of the clients complex business requirements into formal agreements. For these, PM establish specific solutions, applications or processes which ultimately culminate in customer acceptance of the results. This includes working with client team members and executives to identify business requirements and subsequently working with, and leading others, in the initiating, planning, controlling, executing and closing the clients solution. PM are responsible for a wide range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal through development, and final delivery.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $128,791 to $199,187.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
