Job description

Sr. Data Streaming Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA

Position Type: Contract

Rate: DOE $/hr. on w2 only

No Visa sponsorship available for this Job (US Citizen, Green Card, GC-EAD only)

Job Description

• Sr. Engineer who has experience using Streamsets, Apache NIFI, Apache Kafka or similar tools to design and build an ingestion tool for Cotiviti.

• Should have good solid Java, Scala, Python experience. The tool will be used by data engineers internal to Cotiviti.

• Must have experience in Abinitio as an ETL tool with Data Lake on Hadoop.

• Building the Streaming tool on top of one of the frameworks (Streamsets, Apache Kafka, or we can recommend a better tool) reading off of the Abinitio queue. Handle the placing of the message into the queue. Then the message / data would be sent to the Hadoop data lake.
