Job description

Trustpoint.One is excited to partner with a respected plaintiff-side mass torts legal services provider in Newark, NJ, in search of a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk. This onsite, contract-to-possible-hire opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in a law firm or familiarity with medical terminology who enjoys accurate, high-volume data entry. The project is expected to begin as soon as possible.


🔎 About the Role:

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a key role in transcribing handwritten client forms, entering accurate data into PDFs and the firm's CRM system (Litify), and following up with clients by phone to clarify or complete missing information.


🛠️ Responsibilities:

  • Read and accurately transcribe handwritten client forms into digital PDFs
  • Update and maintain client information in the firm's CRM system (Litify)
  • Contact clients by phone to verify or obtain missing information
  • Ensure all data entered is complete, accurate, and up to date
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal and medical information
  • Work onsite at the firm's Newark, NJ office


✅ Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry accuracy
  • Excellent typing skills and the ability to work efficiently
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to clients when needed
  • Ability to remain focused while performing repetitive, detail-oriented work
  • Experience working in a law firm or familiarity with medical terminology is required

📅 Contract Details:

  • Full-time, onsite position in Newark, NJ

  • Pay expected to range from $20.00–$23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
