Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and resident relations to ensure high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
  • Oversee property maintenance and facilities management, coordinating repairs and upgrades to maintain a safe, attractive environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 guidelines, Atlanta regulatory requirements, and other legal standards.
