Position: Multilingual Call Evaluation & Transcription Contractors
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 2–4 weeks

Role Responsibilities

  • Place and review scripted or semi-structured calls.
  • Evaluate call quality, focusing on pronunciation, prosody, phrasing, and fluency.
  • Score calls based on provided guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Complete transcription tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Native fluency in one of the listed languages.
  • Ability to evaluate standard accent and identify deviations in pronunciation, prosody, and phrasing.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in scoring.

Preferred
