We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to support a healthcare-focused organization in Appleton, Wisconsin. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can contribute strategic and hands-on expertise across Workday Financials in a large-scale enterprise setting while collaborating closely with a lean, high-impact team. The role requires someone who can translate business needs into effective system solutions, strengthen integrations, and help optimize financial and CRM-related processes.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to evaluate operational needs and convert them into scalable ERP and CRM solution designs.
• Configure, enhance, and support Workday Financials capabilities to align with organizational objectives and compliance expectations.
• Develop and maintain integrations and APIs that enable reliable data exchange across enterprise platforms and connected applications.
• Produce clear business requirement documentation, functional specifications, and solution artifacts to support delivery and ongoing system governance.
• Collaborate within a small team to troubleshoot issues, refine system performance, and drive continuous improvement in an enterprise environment.
• Apply client-side scripting and related development practices to extend functionality and improve user experience where appropriate.
• Contribute to configuration management activities, including change control, release coordination, and environment consistency.
• Support CRM-related initiatives, including Salesforce development efforts, where cross-platform alignment and process integration are needed.• 7+ years of experience in ERP/CRM consulting, systems analysis, or enterprise application delivery.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Workday, including Workday ERP, Workday Financial Management, and Workday Integration.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and create well-structured documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience developing or supporting APIs and system integrations within complex enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with configuration management practices and controlled deployment processes.
• Working knowledge of client-side scripting and its use in application enhancement or interface customization.
• Background supporting Salesforce development or related CRM platform initiatives is highly valued.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, small-team setting while managing priorities in a large organizational landscape.
