The CRM Solutions Architect will drive the technology vision and architecture for the organization's CRM platform(s), leading the design of scalable, secure, and integrated solutions that support sales, marketing, and customer service teams, and providing technical direction and leadership internally to teams and externally with implementation partners and vendors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead complex CRM solution design initiatives to satisfy a wide range of business needs across sales, marketing, service, and customer experience teams.

Design end-to-end CRM architecture, including data models and a high degree of integration with core enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, servicing platforms, data warehouse) and third-party applications, to provide holistic solutions.

Act as a consultant with internal business stakeholders and external implementation partners to understand business needs and translate them into CRM solutions.

Establish and champion the CRM technology roadmap, with focus on adoption of new platform capabilities (e.g., automation, AI-driven tools) to meet evolving business needs.

Provide technical direction, training, and mentoring to CRM developers, administrators, and other architects.

Potential to lead other architects in developing and championing CRM architecture Best Practices, governance, and Standards in the areas of data management and security.

Provide technical oversight to ensure CRM solutions align with the overall enterprise technology direction and data governance standards.

Keep abreast of advancements and changes in CRM platform capabilities and propose adoption strategies on how new features can be leveraged to provide business solutions.

Annual compensation range for this role is $130,000- $150,000 depending on experience.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or commensurate experience.

EXPERIENCE:

10 years of experience in software development or CRM systems implementation with strong, proven expertise in delivering complex solutions.

5 to 7 years of experience as a technical architect with a demonstrated ability to lead design initiatives for large scale CRM solutions, with deep expertise in CRM platforms.

COMPETENCIES - SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

Excellent verbal and written communication skill; with the ability to communicate technical concepts at all levels of the organization.

Business acumen in translating sales, marketing, and service needs into feasible CRM solutions.

Self-directed; highly motivated with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Ability to quickly learn new CRM features and business functions, coupled with the ability to establish a vision for the adoption of new technology.

Strong data modeling and relational database knowledge accompanied by an understanding of CRM data architecture.

Understanding of best practices and methods to integrate CRM platforms with applications within the organization and with external partners.

Working knowledge of the network, server, and/or cloud infrastructure required to host CRM platforms in areas of expertise.

Compensation range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000, depending on experience.
