Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate's experience and requirement.
Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment.
Negotiates salaries with candidates and successfully convince them to join.
Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position.
Responsible for recruiting IT professional across the US through internet job portals - (Monster.com,Tech-Fech.com and Dice.com), direct phone sourcing, networking (LinkedIn), vendors and referrals.
Sourcing & screening the profiles for different requirements in a day.
Activities included but not limited to developing and building channel / vendor relations, understanding existing and pending client needs and closing requisitions

Qualifications

May Be 70% Functional & 30% Technical -

At least 7-8years. Good to have exposure on R12 -

         CRM Foundation-2 years+

         Service Contracts - 1 years+

         Installed Base - 1 years+

Aware of the CRM Service modules and its integration areas

Functionally Yes and good to have technical knowledge

Any hands on technical  integration experience in areas like Workflow, Interfaces and Integration ,Form personalization/,customization

Work in Oracle Applications technical areas using PL&SQL and Java recently

Below is the JD for the Business Analyst - Service Contracts & Installed Base:

    • Should have functional knowledge of Oracle Services Contracts, Oracle Install base and  Oracle Fusion Middleware (at least one year)

-          Must have 7 - 8 years of experience with good communication skills and business acumen

-          Must have worked in end-to-end implementation of projects of Oracle EBS R12 covering Requirement Analysis, Solution Design, Development, Testing, Deployment

-          Must have functional/Techno-functional knowledge in Oracle EBS CRM modules and very strong experience in Service Contracts, Installed Base

-          Should have worked for global clients in a global environment

-          Should be able to provide solutions in Oracle EBS R12 for customer business requirements

-          Must have the knowledge of the deliverables and should have created various documents such Setup, functional design, test scripts, etc
