Job description

If you have been working in a project management role and are looking for the next career step, Foley Industries is looking for an Enterprise Project Manager III to manage all aspects of one or more projects of high complexity with impact on business processes, customer satisfaction, and financial performance across the enterprise. This will include identifying opportunities, building business cases, developing plans, leading multifunctional teams, and contributing on complex subjects to ensure successful implementation of projects.
What You Will Do in This Role:
  • Identify project opportunities to exceed customer expectations, improve quality, reduce cost, and increase profits aligned with the business strategy
  • Define project opportunities and develop financial justification
  • Launch project teams and support the development of team members
  • Utilize appropriate and efficient project management and/or six sigma tools
  • Define, measure, monitor and communicate key success metrics
  • Manage risk, remove roadblocks, and communicate status to stakeholders
  • Integrate best practices into business processes and standard operating procedures
  • Organize project learnings and communicate them to enhance future project value
  • Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.

Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent work experience (preferably in Engineering or Business)
  • Four to seven years of project management experience
  • Experience with leading complex projects successfully as well as completing multiple simultaneous projects
  • Someone who is able to find creative solutions and always looking for new ways to address issues
  • Excellent internal and external customer relations skills
  • Ability to drive and valid driver's license required.

What Will Put You Ahead:
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or PMI certification preferred
  • Construction Project Management experience a plus
