Experienced Pre-Press Technician


Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Pre-Press Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pre-press operations, including file preparation, color management, digital workflow, and troubleshooting. As an experienced Pre-Press Technician, you will work closely with our production teams to ensure all materials are accurately prepared for print production. You will be responsible for ensuring that files meet industry standards and are ready for high-quality output / printing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a pre-press role within the printing industry.
    • Strong experience with industry-standard pre-press software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PitStop Pro, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).
    • Familiarity with RIP software and print production workflows.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Expertise in preparing files for various printing methods (e.g., digital, offset, and wide format).
    • Knowledge of color management systems, including ICC profiles and proofing processes.
    • Strong understanding of file formats (PDF, EPS, TIFF, etc.) and their use in print production.
