Genesis10 is currently seeking a Techno-Functional Systems Analyst - Hybrid position with a Major Freight Company located in Green Bay, WI. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. Compensation: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications Position Overview: This role will support a major project to migrate from a legacy Transportation Management System (TMS) to a new system. The Techno-Functional Systems Analyst will focus on validating the end-to-end code-to-cash flow to ensure accuracy. This position requires an individual who is technical enough to identify where processes hang up and possesses strong business acumen to work closely with end-users and create thorough documentation. Key Responsibilities: Assist with a project to migrate from a legacy TMS to a new system Validate the end-to-end flow and ensure accuracies in the code-to-cash process Understand the business process flow and identify technical issues along the way Perform basic troubleshooting and analysis of Java/Spring Boot applications and system integrations to identify, document, and escalate technical issues as needed Execute API calls and write SQL queries to support testing, data validation, and end-to-end business process verification Create detailed documentation of business steps and flows for replication and future automation Work closely with business end-users for testing and sign-off Primary Requirements: Technical aptitude with API experience Ability to read and do light troubleshooting in java/spring boot Strong business acumen and ability to work closely with business end-users Desired Skills: Transportation or logistics industry experience Background in code-to-cash processes Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
