Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to outpatients, including evaluations, treatment planning, and the implementation of therapy interventions.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding treatment goals and methods.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Ensure optimal safety and care through adherence to protocols.
  • Document all patient interactions and progress within the charting system.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • SC or Multi State Compact Physical Therapist License required at the start of the contract.
  • BLS certification is required.
  • Previous experience in an outpatient clinic setting preferred.
