Experience with coding software, electronic health records (EHRs), and claims management platforms is highly valued. Attention to detail, time management, and effective communication are vital soft skills for collaborating with healthcare providers and meeting project deadlines. These abilities ensure coding accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient workflow in a contract-based or remote environment.
