Reports To: Senior Clinical Account Manager

Purpose:

The Clinical Data Manager develops and manages the data spec development during the implementation phase of a new product launch. This role works cross-functionally with internal departments to develop innovative solutions to provide clinical data insights to both manufacturing partners and internal PANTHERx’s RxARECARE teams. This role functionally works between our internal data team and the manufacturing partner to develop and finalize program data specs, and help produce timelines for execution. This role also works in the development of the manufacturer dashboard and portal development.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the data integration and file spec discussions between new manufacturer partners, aggregators, HUBs, and PANTHERx.
  • Leads program specific clinical recommendations for data files.
  • Works collaboratively with the clinical team to identify key points in the program design that can enhance the manufacturer's view of the patient journey.
  • Coordinates with data team to project plan and prioritize based on launch timelines.
  • Coordinates with the external dashboard team to develop enhancements and program specific elements for the manufacturer patient portal.
  • Manages the coordination of internal report development during the implementation phase of a new line of business.
  • Manages data changes during the post launch phase.
  • Oversees existing clinical programs data development for RxARECARE programs by supporting internal and external stakeholders to drive optimal patient outcomes.
  • Prepares materials and presentations that can be used to update, educate, and influence various stakeholders across the organization including clinical program status reports, programs dashboards, and clinical outcomes and insights.
  • Manages multiple work streams and deliverables across RxARECARE programs to support project and organization goals, independently.
  • Serves as the clinical data subject matter expert for assigned RxARECARE teams, answering questions for team members, patients, physicians, and partners.
  • Assists PANTHERx Rare in winning new business through research and presentation preparation for external stakeholders.
  • Adheres to current accreditation standards and assists in the execution of updates to these standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an ACPE accredited institution.
  • Licensed or eligible for pharmacy licensure in the State of Pennsylvania.
  • 3 years as a practicing, licensed pharmacist.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • High level of independent judgment, individual initiative, and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical and consistent.
  • Experience in data management or clinical informatics
  • Highest level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completion of a pharmacy post graduate residency, PGY-1, PGY-2 or fellowship.
  • Advanced certification (e.g., BCPS, BCOP, CSP, etc.).
  • Deep clinical knowledge base and basic understanding of specialty pharmacy workflow.
  • Experience with research and clinical publications.
  • Experience developing, managing, and executing clinical programs.

Work Environment:

This job operates primarily in a work from home environment with in-office days determined by the manager and/or the needs of the business. The work from home environment is expected to mirror a professional office environment with limited distractions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, Microsoft Teams or Zoom for professional video-on meetings. Occasional travel is expected in addition to occasional in-office meetings.
