Job description

Position:

The E-Commerce Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our e-commerce business by managing order fulfillment, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the quality and accuracy of our online storefront. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently, customer inquiries are resolved promptly, and website content meets company quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:  

  • Manage and execute daily order fulfillment activities, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional, timely, and customer-focused manner.
  • Handle returns, refunds, exchanges, and order-related issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, including order statuses, return and refund requests, reasons for returns, and other documentation.
  • Escalate operational issues or customer concerns to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Perform ongoing quality control of the e-commerce website by reviewing product images, descriptions, specifications, and other content for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams as required.
  • Assist with additional e-commerce projects and operational tasks as assigned.

 Qualifications: 

  • 1-3 years of experience in similar environment.
  • Strong organizations and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify is preferred
  • Knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment process shipping, returns and online operations is preferred
