Job description

Badger State Staffing is seeking Industrial Cleaners for full-time positions based in Neenah. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment at various locations within a 1-hour radius of Neenah. The ideal candidates will possess professional janitorial or custodial experience, with a focus on industrial cleaning.
Primary Duties:
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Conduct specialized floor care procedures such as buffing and polishing to ensure durable and safe flooring conditions.
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, break rooms, and production zones by sanitizing surfaces and restocking supplies.
  • Use industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to support ongoing manufacturing operations.
  • Follow safety protocols diligently during all custodial activities to prevent accidents or contamination.
Schedule: This is a full-time position, starting at 7:15 AM working through project completion. Average weekly hours are 32 - 45. While most projects are local, there may be opportunities for occasional travel to large projects outside of the standard service area. Additionally, on-call duty is required on week per month which includes the weekend.
Experience:
  • Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles within industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, including floor care and buffing procedures.
  • Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and safety standards.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
