Job Title: Residential Cleaner (Independent Contractor – 1099)
Location: Oakland County, MI
Pay: $18–$20 per hour depending on experience
Job Type: Contract (1099)
Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends, Flexible Hours

We are currently only considering candidates with 3+ years of experience in residential cleaning, including regular, deep, and move-in/move-out cleans. Experience must be inside private homes, apartments, rentals, or condos. At this time, we are only accepting residential cleaning applicants.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to support a growing home cleaning business. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering flexible scheduling and consistent work for the right candidate.

Immediate work is available.

Responsibilities

  • Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings in residential homes
  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
  • Follow detailed cleaning checklists and client instructions precisely
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and consistency
  • Communicate professionally with clients when needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of residential cleaning experience
  • Regular clean, deep clean, move in and out cleans
  • Strong attention to detail (non-negotiable)
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent
  • Ability to follow systems, processes, and checklists
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
