Support construction activities in the field by addressing electrical engineering questions, clarifying design intent, and troubleshooting on-site issues.

Interpret engineering and construction drawings to ensure compliance with design intent and contract requirements. Manage RFIs and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), including resolution and documentation in coordination with project teams. Support both planning/review phases and active construction execution, providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements of the E&C Engineer: 9+ years of electrical engineering experience, including at least 3+ years in dispatchable generation projects (construction and/or engineering design).
