Summary
Join a dynamic team as a Salesforce Business Analyst supporting Sales and Service Cloud initiatives with a strong focus on business processes, reporting, and analytics. This role is responsible for transforming business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, including dashboards, reports, and KPIs that drive insights for sales and service teams. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance data visibility, ensure data integrity, and support strategic decision-making through advanced reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce reporting solutions, dashboards, and KPIs for sales and service teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document user stories, and develop functional specifications for reporting solutions
  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to track pipeline, opportunities, case volumes, SLA metrics, and customer satisfaction
  • Configure and optimize Sales and Service Cloud objects, fields, validation rules, and security permissions to ensure accurate data capture
  • Develop data models, perform data cleansing, and implement data quality controls to maintain reporting accuracy
  • Partner with IT and data analytics teams to integrate Salesforce data with external systems for comprehensive reporting
  • Create and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, report catalogs, and governance policies
  • Support onboarding and training of end users on new and updated reports and dashboards
  • Monitor Salesforce releases and industry best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities and processes
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role
