We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a strategic and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead purchasing, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier management. What You'll Do

  • Lead all aspects of procurement, inventory management, material planning, and logistics operations.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and build strong supplier partnerships that support business growth.
  • Drive supplier performance related to cost, quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
  • Negotiate contracts, lead RFQ activities, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Oversee inventory control processes to maintain accuracy and ensure material availability.
  • Manage inbound and outbound freight operations to support customer and production requirements.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
  • Support forecasting, demand planning, and S&OP activities.
  • Analyze inventory, purchasing, and supplier data to support business decisions and operational performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, purchasing, planning, inventory control, or logistics
  • Strong background in procurement, supplier management, inventory control, and production planning
  • Experience utilizing ERP/MRP systems to manage purchasing, inventory, and operational planning
  • Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • APICS CPIM, ISM, or related supply chain certifications are a plus
