BCBA – Initial Assessment Clinician (Part-Time/Contract)
Neurosprout ABA Therapy – Baltimore County, MD


Compensation: $90.00-$100.00 per hour

Neurosprout ABA Therapy is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct comprehensive initial autism and ABA assessments throughout Baltimore County and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial ABA assessments and reassessments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

  • Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and treatment recommendations.

  • Administer and interpret assessment tools including:

    • VB-MAPP

    • ABLLS-R

    • AFLS

    • Vineland-3

    • Q-Global assessments

    • CARS-2/CARS-3

    • Additional clinically appropriate assessment instruments

  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and treatment team members.

  • Ensure documentation meets Maryland Medicaid and commercial insurance requirements.

  • Participate in case review meetings as needed.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.

  • Maryland behavior analyst licensure (or ability to obtain).

  • Experience conducting autism assessments and treatment planning.

  • Strong clinical writing and documentation skills.

  • Experience with CentralReach preferred.

  • Reliable transportation for occasional in-person assessments.
