Purpose of Job :
1) To prepare accurate IBSA and Distributor pricing on a scheduled monthly basis.
2) To prepare accurate territorial descriptions and maps for Distributor contracts, utilizing amendments and applicable research.
3) To monitor Marketing Rebate enrollments and resolve any payment issues directly with Distributors.
4) To fulfill specific EIS responsibilities.
Job Components :
Evaluate and approve distribution rebate requests.
Monthly Pricing Process (55%)
1) 35% Prepare distributor pricing publications, update Part & Price pricing and shipping codes, and distribute pricing reports.
2) 5% Update and maintain the highly complex Excel files.
3) 5% Process data for product changes and distribute summary report.
4) 5% Update and maintain Part & Price database.
5) 3% Update and distribute the weekly pricing analyses report..
6) 2% Review daily pricing exception reports and resolve discrepancies.
Territorial Descriptions and Maps (20%)
1) 20% Create Distributor territorial descriptions and maps as required.
Marketing Rebates (20%)
1) 10% Monitor automated enrollment of Marketing Rebate dealers including the answering of Distributor questions.
2) 15% Manually process unpaid Marketing Rebates.
EIS Responsibilities (5%)
1) 2% Maintain BCI (Battery council International) data files.
2) 3% Maintain vehicle registration data files.
Qualifications :
1) College degree highly preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, or Math.
2) Demonstrate ability to utilize graphic software.
3) Must be accurate.
4) Detail oriented.
5) Proficient with Microsoft Office.
6) Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft SharePoint, and Eone would be a plus.
7) Able to work with large amounts of data for long periods of time.
Scope Data:
Interacts with Director of Marketing RECAP, IDG personnel, IBSA Distributors, Marketing department, P&D Managers, other Marketing RECAP personnel.
Work Environment :
  • Ability to sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time.
  • Regularly required to use hands to grasp or handle, and talk and hear.
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 20+ lbs.
