The Bag Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining highspeed bagmaking equipment to ensure consistent production of highquality products that meet customer specifications. This role plays a key part in daily manufacturing operations by monitoring machine performance, resolving production issues, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safetyfocused, and committed to delivering reliable, efficient production results.Location: 500 Industrial Blvd, Sugar Land, TX 77478Hourly rate: $20.00 or higher depending on experience.Shift schedules available: Monday - FridayShift B) 3:00 PM - 11:00 PMShift C) 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM **$2 extra for shift differentialKey Responsibilities:Machine Setup and Operation
  • Set up and operate bag machines and support equipment to produce bags according to line orders and specifications.
  • Adjust machines for size, pressure, tension, and ink distribution to ensure optimal performance.
Production Management
  • Read and verify production line orders/dockets to ensure accuracy.
  • Load materials and mount cylinders for printing and bag production.
