Job Title: Scrum Master. 
Location: Lisle, IL
Fulltime and contract 

Job Description:
Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for (stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, etc.)
• Integrate into the global VCT
• Support teams in applying Agile/SAFe principles and practices.
• Facilitate the removal of roadblocks and escalate impediments when necessary.
• Ensure alignment with Program Increment (PI) planning and dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, the scrum Product Owner, and other dependent Scrum Masters/Product owners.
• Protect the scrum team from distraction and unnecessary disruption
• Stand for the dedicated scrum team
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment.
• Maintain team boards and Agile tools (Jira)
• Ensure clear communication and transparency across teams.
• Guide teams in self-organization and accountability
• Provide Agile/SAFe training to new team members and other teams in the organization
Desired Skills
• Hardware/Software integration activities across multiple component or system development teams
• Ability to communicate something very complex to different audiences
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
• Experience with systems decomposition
• Ability to look at challenges holistically with a creative mindset to resolve system challenges and constraints
• Experience with concept design, use case definition, data analysis, root cause analysis and driving KPIs
