Position Overview: As an Attorney with our firm, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to protect the interests of policyholders. You will have the opportunity to handle diverse legal matters, provide strategic advice, and advocate for clients in negotiations and litigation. This position offers a challenging yet rewarding environment, where you can enhance your legal skills, build a strong professional network, and contribute to achieving justice for policyholders.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Client Representation: Be the voice of policyholders, representing them in first-party property insurance matters such as coverage disputes, claim denials, and bad faith claims. Your dedication to achieving favorable outcomes for clients will be paramount.

  1. Thorough Documentation: Conduct meticulous review of insurance policies, claim documentation, correspondence, and related materials to assess coverage, identify potential issues, and build a strong case for clients.

  1. Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload of first-party property insurance cases, conducting comprehensive legal research, drafting legal documents, pleadings, and motions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is organized and maintained.

  1. Negotiation Skills: Employ your strong negotiation abilities to engage with insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in insurance disputes, seeking advantageous settlements for our clients.
