Provide strategic and operational leadershipto effectively organize marketlogistics, drive execution discipline, and develop a high-performing, product-driven organization across all service lines.
Ensure market excellenceby delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality operations that positionBrink'sas the highest-value provider of Cash-in-Transit, ATM, Coin, Currency, Check, andCompuSafeservices within the market.
Own customer performance and relationshipsby partnering with Branchand leadershipto ensure service delivery, issue resolution, contract compliance, and continuous improvement aligned to customer expectations.
Proactively manage risk and loss prevention, ensuring consistent execution of safety, security, and compliance standards to reduce workers' compensation claims, prevent security losses, and protect employees, customers, and company assets.
Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers, Cash Logistics Managers, and Route Logistics Leaders, with a strong focus on performance management, succession planning, engagement, and accountability.
Serve as the primary operational liaisonbetween market leadership and corporate partners (Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, HR, Risk, and Security) to ensure alignment, clear communication, and effective execution of enterprise initiatives.
Drive financial and operational resultsby holding leaders accountable for achieving short- and long-term businessobjectives, productivity targets, service metrics, and budget commitments.
