Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed agreed-upon goals for each Service Contract.
  • Coordinate all Service Contract activities-including order entry, tracking, scheduling, and communication-ensuring accurate, timely updates.
  • Develop and maintain sales tools such as surveys, reference lists, presentations, proposals, and technical guidelines.
  • Maintain necessary data and provide reports as requested by the Manager of Business Development.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage assigned responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
  • Safeguard all corporate assets within area of responsibility.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
  • At least year of experience in an engineering role (maintenance engineer, reliability engineer, application engineer)
  • Selfmotivated, eager to learn, and customerfocused.
  • Solid systems knowledge and analytical/problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to visit customers weekly and work closely with customers.
  • Proficiency with PC systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Access experience is a plus.
  • Rotating equipment experience is preferred.
